Policies
I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment.
In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of respect for my time as well, I have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. If you plan on using the shower before your appointment please let me know in advanced, otherwise your treatment time may be shortened.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sometimes I will require 50% payment to book/hold your appointment (See Contact Me page for payment button). You will receive a full refund if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are booking your treatment within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
Gift certificates may be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows. If you are paying with a gift certificate please let me know when you book your appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically canceled 20 minutes after scheduled start time (15min for 1hr appointment) and charged according to cancellation policy. I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion.
SEXUAL MISCONDUCT
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
A session will not be conducted if the client is intoxicated, using drugs or threatening my safety, the safety of others in the building or themselves, client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
In some cases, and with certain special packages, a full prepayment will be required at the time the appointment is scheduled.
NOTE: I understand that in some cases full prepayment may not be possible due to timing and funds availability. I truly do want each and every client to be able to experience my services and we will do whatever is possible to accommodate every situation. Please feel free to discuss an acceptable prepayment option to hold your appointment, package or service. I am quite happy to arrange a reasonable prepayment.
I reserve the right to refusal if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe with a client/potential client.
These policies were adopted to ensure that my time and efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a
stress-free and relaxing experience.
